Honors and High Honors at Graduation
High Honors and Honors at Graduation are determined at the end of 3rd term. High Honors and Honors Students will receive cords to wear at graduation.
Honors Graduate Requirements:
3.7 GPA
Full Schedule
A full schedule is a minimum of five DHS classes
These five classes do not include Seminary/Released time, Home Release, classes taken online or in packets.

Completion of three honors, CE or AP classes in two different core curricular areas.
Seal of Biliteracy
The Seal of Biliteracy will be awarded to any Utah student who is proficient in English and one or more World Languages or the Indigenes Languages of Navajo or Ute. A “Seal of Biliteracy" means a seal placed electronically on a student's high school transcript that indicates a student has achieved in English, and in a world language, a proficiency level of Intermediate Mid as described by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
