Summer Counseling Center Availability & New Student Enrollment
Please note that the Counseling Center will be closed for the summer. However, we are excited to welcome new students to West Point Junior High during our New Student Enrollment Days on Monday, August 4 from 12-3 and Tuesday, August 5 from 9-2.
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please sign up for an appointment time in advance. You can find the sign-up link and view available time slots below.

What to expect during your appointment:
Meet with one of our registrars to complete the enrollment process.
Meet with a school counselor to discuss your student’s academic needs.
Enjoy a guided tour of the school led by one of our amazing Student Body Officers!
Please note: Student class schedules will not be provided during enrollment appointments. Your student will be shown how to access their schedule when they are released to all students later that week.

Bring the documents from step 2 below to your appointment.
YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT IF:
You have just moved into WPJH boundaries
You live within WPJH boundaries and would like to transfer from a charter, homeschool or online school
You are transferring from another school in the Davis School District
You have received variance approval from the school district to attend WPJH
STEP 1

STEP 2
Print, complete, sign and date the following forms:
Guardianship Status (If items 2-5 are checked, please provide legal documentation)
History of Services
STEP 3
Bring the completed forms from Step 2, along with these items to your appointment:
Student's Birth Certificate (A copy is fine)
Legal guardian's current/valid photo ID
Student's immunization record (View Requirements)
2 Proof of Residency documents (Details)
Any withdrawal documentation received from the student's last school attended
STEP 4 (OPTIONAL)
Your student may qualify for one or both of these financial assistance programs:

Course Request for Students Grade
